Privacy statement

In all cases of data processing, Dhirata will comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation.

If we ask you for personal data, we always state the purpose for which we use this data.

The information we request from you is directly related to the services we offer you and is not used for any other purpose.

Dhirata only uses the data that you or the organisation for which you work provide. This can be oral, online or on paper.

Dhirata only passes on this information to the trainers and supervisors with whom you have direct contact and who need this information to give you the training and/or guidance that has been agreed with you.

Your data and third parties

Under no circumstances will we pass on this information to third parties, unless you give your written consent or if this is required by law.

Personal data

This privacy statement applies to the processing of contact information, such as name, e-mail address, telephone number and date of birth.

This declaration also applies to all other personal information provided by you, such as all your completed documents, questionnaires, etc.

Data security

Dhirata makes every effort to adequately protect the data you provide, on paper, via e-mail, website or online. We do this by giving you unique individual access codes for our online data and by password-protecting access to all stored do-cuments.

eSchool

If you use the Dhirata eSchool we ask you to upload your photo. This is not an obligation. Because we have a lot of participants in our trainings this picture helps us to recognize you.

With the provider of the eSchool we have a processing agreement. Everything you do in the eSchool is only used by the eTrainer. Six months  after the training all your data will be deleted, or it will be agreed with you that you want to use the eSchool for a longer period of time.

Right of access, rectification and deletion of data

You have the right to access the data we have stored about you. This within a reasonable time.

You are entitled to rectification of the data stored by us. You must inform us of this by e-mail; we will rectify this data within a reasonable period of time.

At your request, we will destroy all or part of the data. This within a reasonable time.
